A selection of Instagram Stories promoting jewelry designer Suzy Landa’s member profile. Utilizes Instagram’s native features - polls, swipe up links - and user-developed engagement techniques - branded interactive Q&A, this-or-that, etc - to drive user engagement and strengthen content’s standing within the algorithm’s content filters.
Three of six Instagram posts to @AGTA_gems’ profile during the 2 day profile take-over that accompanied each Member Profile release. These posts utilize AGTA’s branded hashtags, company slogans. They are representative of the photography, copy-writing, and user engagement generated by the content created for these features.

whimsical New York-Themed Illustrations for Lightbox Jewelry's First Pop-Up Store
Diamondoodles was commissioned by Lightbox Jewelry, a lab-grown diamond brand under De Beers, to create a series of New York-themed illustrations using their signature white, blue, and pink diamonds. These illustrations were used to celebrate the opening of their first pop-up store in the Oculus Shops, Manhattan, with prints gifted to customers.
Animations later commissioned for social media content and are also featured here.

Engaging Educational Content for Instagram:
Making Gemology Accessible to a Wider Audience
Inspired by my passion for gemology and illustration, I created a series of educational posts aimed at making gemstone knowledge accessible to a wider audience. Drawing on my background in Art History and my Graduate Gemologist certification from the Gemological Institute of America, I developed approachable, visually engaging content that blends science, beauty, and gemstone lore.
By using illustrations and multimedia, I made complex gemological information fun and easy to understand, fostering a deeper connection with my Instagram community. This series received strong engagement, expanding my reach and deepening my connection with followers.

These images comprised a 7 slide carousel Instagram post about Opals from formation, through how they get their color, where they originate, and how to care for opals in jewelry. This post was created using digital illustration.
In March 2020, during the global lockdown, I sought a creative way to connect with friends, industry colleagues, and my niece. This led to the creation of the QuarantineColoring Club, where I designed gemstone and jewelry themed coloring pages that ranged from playful to educational. The pages were hosted on my website for download.
This video explains the formation of geodes utilizing photography, digital illustration, animation, and video editing.
